Stupid MacUpdate review form FORCES you to add a dislike, so I picked "social media integration" because obviously AppCleaner doesn't do that. What AppCleaner DOES to is find nearly every little file associated with an app you're throwing away, and offer to delete those files too. I've been using it for years, and it's fantastic!

This is one of the must have apps on macOS. It has a background task that makes a ready to delete list every time you trow an app into the trash. It safes you lot of headache due half deleted apps with background tasks still active. It doesn't find all related files to an app but I say about 90%

I love AppCleaner, but I gett an error message when trying to unistall/delete some apps:
"You don't have the permission to delete this app" What to du?

Good app, but why are some apps locked and I can't uninstall them or even see their files???

This is a great, reliable app that never does anything sneaky. I rely on it to clean out all the widely distributed pieces of apps I'm deleting, and I'm always happy with how it works. Getting this for free is really incredible.
